We want the student internship experience to be valuable for our students, and for your company. We’re committed to working with you to create a new internship program, expand an existing internship program, or identify ways your company can partner with our educators and students.

HOW WE PREPARE STUDENTS

Job readiness training: All internship applicants are required to complete 10 hours of job readiness training to learn the skills necessary to apply for and work as an intern.

Resume and interview preparation: We work with students to create a resume and to prepare them for the interview process. We also help match up students’ interests and skills with the right internships.

Orientation and certification: Once selected into the program, interns will participate in a week-long orientation program to provide additional training and the opportunity to earn certifications in Customer Service, Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA), and ACT WorkKeys® (a test and certification of the level of academic achievement related to job readiness).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Step-by-step assistance in starting an internship program in your organization, relying upon best practices for intern preparation

  • A diverse pool of students who have completed a selective application process, including resume development, job-readiness training, and customer service and ACT WorkKeys® certifications

  • The opportunity to partner with students who have a genuine interest in working for your company and learning from your team

  • Opportunities to build your future workforce
